Check out this Gorgeous Selmer Mark VI tenor 136xxx that just came into the shop! This beautiful patina on the exposed brass was definitely earned though many gigs and practice sessions. Nearly all of this horn's lacquer has been naturally worn off and it is a look that is impossible to replicate in modern saxophones. This horn shows no evidence of lacquer stripping; the American engraving is still crisp, with no buffing. The body of the horn is in excellent condition with no signs of major traumatic damages. The bottom bow is free of any dents, and the original neck is free from pull-down or signs of damage. It has a mix of older and newer pads and was just given a COA by our professional sax shop to ensure that pads are sealing and it is playing great! The sound of this tenor is nearly the epitome of what a classic vintage Mark VI Tenor should sound like! At this price and serial number it will not be available for long.
